（亚庇讯）亚庇中学董事长林克光感激我国著名企业家拿督江登光接受敦聘担任亚庇中学绿化校园顾问及拿督吴征财接受敦聘担任亚庇中学想荚兰教育顾问。

Kota Kinabalu High School Board of Governors Chairman, Mr. Lim Kiat Kong, expressed his gratitude to Datuk Kong, a well-known entrepreneur in Malaysia, for accepting the appointment as the consultant for the school's greening project, and Datuk Stephen Ngok, who has been appointed as the consultant for the school's vanilla education and development.

林克光在呈送敦聘书时说，亚庇中学是一所国民型改制华文中学，校园占地18英亩，学生约2千400人，大多来自中下层家庭，其中包括来自华小的非华裔生。亚庇中学以国、华、英三语并授，由初一直到大学先修班提供华文科教育；办学宗旨以德、智、体、群、美，五育并重。

In presenting the appointment letters, Mr. Lim Kiat Kong said that Kota Kinabalu High School is a national-type Chinese school that has been restructured, covering an area of 18 acres with approximately 2,400 students, most of whom come from middle to lower-income families, including non-Chinese students from Chinese primary schools. The school provides Chinese language education from Form 1 to pre-university, in addition to Malay and English languages. The school's educational philosophy is to cultivate the student's moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic aspects.

目前亚庇中学正积极提升电子学习设施，这个项目是由拿督邱陶正副董事长负责，旨在让老师和学生们跟上互联网信息时代改善教学设备，采用科技电子学习实施有效地提高学校的教学水平和学生学习。另正在进行施工的国际标准体育场和田径跑道工程预计将在近期竣工，为学校提供现代化的体育场所。董事会同时积极推行绿化校园保护环境。“我们的最终目的是希望学生能够在充满智慧和环境优美的绿化校园里学习，建立一个温馨师生互动的校园文化，培养学生对校园的归属感并将庇中塑造成学生流连忘返的第二个家”。

Currently, Kota Kinabalu High School is actively upgrading its e-learning facilities, which is spearheaded by Vice Chairman of Kota Kinabalu High School Board of Governors, Datuk Hiew Thien Choi. The project aims to improve teaching equipment and adopt technology-enhanced learning to effectively improve the school's teaching quality and students' learning. The construction of an international standard sports field and running track is also underway and is expected to be completed soon, providing modern sports facilities for the school. The school board is also actively promoting the greening of the campus to protect the environment. "Our ultimate goal is for students to learn in a campus filled with wisdom and beautiful environment, to establish a warm teacher-student interactive campus culture, to cultivate students' sense of belonging to the school and to make Kota Kinabalu High School their second home," said Mr. Lim Kiat Kong.

包望侨董事财政是绿化校园的负责人。包董趁疫情肆虐学校关闭的两年期间积极推行一系列深化环境清理及校园绿化措施，在学校空旷地带栽种花草树木及各类热带果树，同时设立苗圃供学生学习。

Treasurer of Kota Kinabalu High School Board of Governors, Mr Pao Ong Kiew, is responsible for the campus greening project. During the two-year period of Covid-19 pandemic when the school was closed, Mr Pao Ong Kiew actively implemented a series of measures to deepen environmental cleaning and campus greening, planting flowers, trees and various tropical fruit trees in the school's open spaces, and setting up a nursery for student learning.

林克光最后表示：“众所周知，拿督江登光和拿督吴征财都是我国著名的成功企业家，公事繁忙、日理万机，蒙接受敦聘担任庇中绿化校园顾问及香荚兰教育顾问是亚庇中学的荣幸。我们希望两位拿督可以经常拨冗到学校巡视为我们指导工作。我们深信得到两位拿督的协助和支持，我们将获益匪浅，校园绿化及保护环境工作将顺利进行”。

Finally, Mr Lim Kiat Kong said, "As we all know, Datuk Kong and Datuk Stephen Ngok are both famous and successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia, who are busy with their work and have many commitments. It is an honor for Kota Kinabalu High School to have them accept the appointment as consultants for the school's greening project and education development. We hope that both Datuk can often spare time to visit the school to guide our work. With the assistance and support of the both Datuk, we believe that our campus greening and environmental protection project will be successful."

拿督江和拿督吴均对亚庇中学董事会的工作表示赞赏并矢言将尽力协助亚庇中学的持续发展。 

Datuk Kong and Datuk Stephen Ngok both appreciated the work of Kota Kinabalu High School Board of Governors and pledged to assist in the continuous development of the school.
